How do I install my eSIM?
Open your eSIM details and use the latest iPhone or Android one-tap install link. You can also scan the QR code or add it manually.
How do I confirm my plan is ready before I travel?
Before you travel, make sure your eSIM details already show the install information. For example, seeing the install link, QR code, or activation code means the plan is ready.
What should I do if I have no signal after landing?
First make sure the eSIM line is turned on and Data Roaming is enabled. Then wait a few minutes. If needed, toggle airplane mode or restart your phone to trigger the connection.
Can I transfer my eSIM to another device?
No. eSIMs are tied to the device where they are installed and cannot be transferred to another device.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected] and include the eSIM ID shown at the top right of the eSIM card with a leading #, or the ICCID shown below the destination title on the eSIM details page.
