Is my device eSIM compatible?
Most iPhones from XS onwards and many modern Android devices support eSIM. Check your device settings under Mobile Data or Cellular for an 'Add eSIM' option.
How is the eSIM delivered?
Your eSIM QR code is sent to the email address you use at checkout, usually within seconds of payment.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you haven't activated your eSIM yet, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once activated, eSIMs are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if the network doesn't work at my destination?
Our eSIM plans connect to local carrier networks at each destination. Coverage quality depends on those networks and is beyond our control. If your eSIM fails to activate due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we'll resolve it.
